Zakopane: A Mountain Mess (and Maybe a Miracle?) - My Itinerary of Chaotic Glory

Day 1: Arrival and Alpine Anxiety (and Pierogi Dreams)

10:00 AM: Landing at Krakow Airport (KRK). Okay, first hurdle: navigating Polish airport signage when you're pretty sure you only remember "Dzien dobry" and ordering a beer. Success! (Thanks, oversized airport map). The pre-dawn flight did me no favours, so i'm already running on fumes.
